NOTE: THE CHALET WILL BE 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS! PEOPLE WHO ARE STAYING OVERNIGHT, WE'LL CHARGE YOU FOR AN EXTRA $5 AND THE MONEY WILL BE SPENT IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH FOOD ON THE SECOND NIGHT. IF THERE ARE EXTRAS, IT WILL GO TO THE CLASS FUND FOR NEXT YEAR'S GRADUATION CHALET. MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE CAN STAY OVERNIGHT. UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP OUTSIDE, LOL.

Elaine, Emily, Boon Keong and I have called most of you guys, except those that did not pick up/ on your phone.

There are some who have been confirmed, some need consideration.
Estimated amount will be LESS THAN $20, because there're already 20 confirmed people going.

NOTE: WE WILL BE USING THE CLASS FUND TO SUBSIDISE.

For these people, I need your confirmation ASAP (by next week) so that I can finalise the amount that each person needs to pay. You can either SMS/Call me because I won't be in school tomorrow for extra lesson.

For these people, if you haven't received our call yet, the information of the chalet are as follows:

Amount that you have to pay per person: Between $10 - $20.
(If everybody [38 person] goes, each person will be $12.)
Date: Around late December. Date will be confirmed as soon as the full amount is collected.
Venue: Costa Sands Resort - Pasir Ris
(NOTE: Not the one at Downtown where you have to pay $1 for entrance)

Also, these are the food that has been calculated into the amount that you guys are going to pay:


There will be more (eg. hotdogs, crabsticks, and drinks) but it will be discounted - as in free of charge. Don't ask me why, lol. Utensils will also be free of charge, provided that it's within the limit. (Don't ask me anything about this as well, haha.)

In the case of shortage of food (which is very likely since the class has gluttons like me), I will look for the cheapest bargains in town okay. So that we can get more food with little capital. YES I'M SEARCHING FOR IT RIGHT NOW OKOKOK!!!! I'm getting basic staples like the ones listed above from http://www.ezb.com.sg/ and its cheap enough - at least for the above listed items.
